Theory & Practice Chardonnay

Medium straw colour with green hints. Ripe nectarine and peach notes on the nose. Savoury fermentation nuances along with the creamy vanilla characters from the barrels support the fruit and bring complexity to the wine. The palate is full bodied and rich with a broad, slippery texture. Browned butter, toasted cashed and canned peach notes all add interest. These layers of richness come mainly from perfectly ripened grapes, sweet French oak barrels and warm fermentation temperatures. The finish is long and rich.
