How do I order online?
To purchase on this site the law requires you to be 18 or over to be allowed in. You have to register first and become our customer. Then you can login with your User ID and Password for secure access to our site.
If you are already a registered customer, no worries. Just login with your User ID and Password and you are in.
Do you stock organic or vegan wines?
Yes, we do sell organic and vegan wines. We aim to increase our portfolio to satisfy our customers. Simply search for “organic” or “vegan” in the search box to find your wines.
Can I add non-alcoholic or low-alcohol beverages to my order?
A party is not a party without the effervescence and the mixologists who create the atmosphere. So, we have created a great selection of non-alcoholic drinks such Coke, Sprite, Schweppes, Soda Water, Sparkling Water, Bottled Water, Fruit Drinks and mixers. Click on the “Non-Alcohol” tab and you will be delighted with our line-up.
How does it all work on this site?
It’s simple. You Register first with your Unique User ID and Password. Then you Login. Use the menus to browse or use the search button to search for your favourite product. Once you find what you want, you add it to your online shopping cart. On the top right-hand corner, you will see how many items you have added to your shopping cart. When you are ready, you simply click the Checkout button. You then make the payment using your Credit Card or via POLiPay. Once your order is confirmed, you will get an email with details of your order.

What is the cost for shipping within New Zealand?
Auckland Region
$7.99 for up to 12 kilos
Additional Courier charges will apply for shipping to Waiheke Island, Great Barrier Island. We will contact you to discuss additional charges.
Rest of North Island
$12.99 for up to 12 kilos
South Island
$14.99 for up to 12 kilos
Additional Courier charges will apply for shipping to Stewart Island, We will contact you to discuss additional charges.
What are the delivery times?
Auckland
You can expect your order to arrive at your given address in 1-2 business days. This depends on the Couriers and public holidays.
North Island
You can expect your order to arrive at your given address in 3-5 business days. This depends on the Couriers and public holidays.
South Island
You can expect your order to arrive at your given address in 3-5 business days. This depends on the Couriers and public holidays.
Rural location
If you live in a rural area, it may take another 2-3 business days.
Urgent Orders
We do jump for you if you have urgent orders. Please contact us at info@liquorlibrary.co.nz to discuss your requirements and costs.

Who is your delivery carrier?
We use NZ Couriers (North Island) & Post Haste (South Island) for all Courier shipments.
Do you ship internationally?
Sorry, we do not arrange international shipping. We can always deliver to your New Zealand address and you can arrange international shipping via your courier or by NZ Post.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been picked up and scanned by our Courier, you will receive an email from us. It will have a tracking link. Just click on the link and you can track your order.
I received damaged or broken items. What do I do now?
Send us a picture of the damaged of broken items straightaway to info@liquorlibrary.co.nz Please provide as much information as you can so that we can investigate the issues with our Courier partners. We will then communicate with you on the next steps.
I received wrong products, or some items are missing. What do I do now?
Check your online order documents and the emails. You may receive your order in separate parcels. So check for any tracking information we sent you via email.
If you still think that you received the wrong products or some items are indeed missing, please contact us straightway at info@liquorlibrary.co.nz and we will take immediate action to resolve your issues.
How do I become a Bar Customer or Distributor?
We want to reward you for becoming a partner with Liquor Library. If you are a Licensed Bar Owner or Distributor, we can supply you from our extensive range of products at special prices. To become a Bar Customer or Distributor contact us at info@liquorlibrary.co.nz and let’s get cracking.
What are your Payment Options?
All our prices and shipping costs include GST.
You can pay online by Credit Card. A 2% surcharge will apply.
You can also pay online by POLi Online Debit Payment. There is no surcharge as the POLi system enables you to pay for products and services online directly from your bank account instead of using credit cards.
Do you accept American Express Credit Cards?
Yes, we do accept American Express Cards, A 2% surcharge will apply on all credit card payments.
What can I do to cancel or change my order?
Once your payment is accepted online and your order is confirmed we act promptly to make sure your order is processed quickly. Many of the processes are automatic and your order is packed and ready for the courier to pick it up. So once the order has been picked up by our courier, it is too late to change or cancel.
In any case, do contact us immediately at info@liquorlibrary.co.nz and we will advise you on what we can do. We monitor our mailbox regularly and will respond accordingly.
I want to place an order as a gift for someone, but I don’t want you to show the price.
Not a problem. Bottles or Cans we ship do not have any price tags or invoices. We can ship the bottles to a different address, Please contact us with your order number on info@liquorlibrary.co.nz immediately after your order is placed. All invoices relating to your orders are sent to the same email address that you have registered on our Liquor Library System.
How secure is this website?
You can rest assured that your personal and order information are all secure. You will see a Lock Icon on the left of our web address on your browser. This means we use internationally recognised encryption protocols to encrypt all your personal and order data as it travels on the internet. Hackers and nasty guys cannot access your credit card or personal details held on our computers. We have firewalls and other devices to protect all the data.
Is my privacy protected?
We as a company respect your privacy and will ensure to protect it. We will not disclose your personal details to anyone other than your name and address details to our courier to ensure delivery of your order.
We also comply with the Privacy and Consumer Guarantee Acts. So, you can shop happily, securely and with peace of mind.
How do I change my Personal and Account Details?
If you are already a registered customer, all you need to do is click on My Account and enter your email and password. Then you can edit your personal and account details.
What do I do if I have forgotten my password?
Yes, this does happen. No panic. Just click on My Account and then click “Recover Password”. You will be asked to enter your Email address. You will then receive an email with your password recovery information.
