Tsukasabotan Yama Yuzu Shibori Liqueur is a refreshing, semi-sweet sake full of citrus fruit flavours.

Made with Tsukasabotan Junmai Sake, which is traditionally dry and smooth, here it is reduced to 8% alcohol with Yuzu juice.

The fruity Yuzu renders the sake exceptionally quaffable - best served chilled, on the rocks, or straight from the bottle as an aperitif or digestif to traditional Japanese cuisine.
