WINEMAKING NOTES
fruit from two Te Awanga & a SH50 vineyard were separately fermented with portions of whole bunches in open top tanks | twice daily punch downs | a period of post ferment
maceration preceded careful pressing & elevage in predominantly older oak barrels.
