From humble beginnings in Mexico, the Paloma was made using just an unmeasured amount of tequila (to taste), ice and grapefruit soda from the local corner store. It has since grown into a refined and universally adored cocktail and later welcomed the addition of freshly squeezed limes and a touch of salt. The hit of grapefruit and lime cuts through the tequila so perfectly – it truly is a party in your mouth.
