Grape varieties : The blending of this Cuvée Languedoc rouge represents 65% of Syrah and 35% of Grenache Noir.
Origin : For 5 generations, the family estate grows 45ha of vines situated between the Cévennes and the Larzac.
Vinification : Grapes are strictly selected and brought to maturity into cellars where the fermentation and the maceration take place in concrete tanks. The rack and return and the pumping over are made by fermentation after the daily tasting by our oenologist. Depend on the potential and the maturity of the grapes, the process of maceration needs between 20 and 33 days.
Soil : This wine comes from a clay and limestone soil, typical in the Languedoc area.

Nose : A bouquet slightly spicy, with notes of red fruits.
Palate : Supple and large, it shows a lovely freshness and a beautiful length on the fruit.
Recommendations : Perfectly combined with a Provençal duck magret, lamb with thym or strong cheeses.
