VINIFICATION MATURATION Cremovo is made from Marsala Fine with the addition of egg yolks.
COLOUR Deep amber-coloured
FRAGRANCE Hints of cinnamon and lots of Christmas fruitcake flavours and a long, very moreish finish.
TASTE It is sweeter in style than Marsala Fine. Quite a sweet Marsala, very rich in
flavour with strong caramel and vanilla characteristics.
RECOMMENDED WITH An excellent match for rich desserts and also used in the preparation of Italian cooking. Try it with a blue cheese or a ripe triple cream.
