Pinot Noir grapes were hand-picked and quickly pressed then fermented as white
juice. The result is a fresh and energetic white wine perfect for summer and something a little different. Best to serve chilled

What to expect:

Pleasant aromas of white fleshed fruits, red apple, pears and berries. The wine is smooth and fruity on the palate with nice pear ,apple and melon flavours giving way to a hint of spice and a dry finish.
