Tasting Comments
Deep plum to cherry red. Intense youthful fresh ripe berry flavours with spice and pepper fruits with some complexity. Dense, ripe mulberries fruit flavours balanced with spicy oak
and ripe succulent tannins. Serve with a roast rack of lamb or mature hard cheeses. This wine has the flavour, structure and balance to be enjoyed now or offers added satisfaction from further cellaring.
