We deliver anywhere in New Zealand.

We deliver anywhere in New Zealand, across the North and South Islands, including rural addresses. Orders ship from our store in Auckland.

Waiheke Island and Great Barrier Island cost more to reach by courier. If your order is going there, we will contact you about the extra charge before it ships.

We don't ship overseas. You're welcome to send your order to a New Zealand address and arrange international shipping yourself.

Standard delivery goes NZ-wide. Express delivery is available in the Auckland CBD only (order by 2pm for same-day delivery). The delivery charge is worked out at checkout and shown before you pay. All prices and delivery charges include GST.

For orders over 20 kg, we may adjust the delivery charge to the actual cost. If we do, we will contact you first, and your order won't ship until you agree to the new charge.

Once your order has shipped, you can expect it in:

• North Island: 1 to 2 business days
• South Island: 3 to 5 business days
• Rural addresses: allow 2 to 3 extra business days

Times depend on the courier and public holidays. Very large orders may take longer to dispatch while we check stock.

When the courier picks up your order, we email you a tracking link. Larger orders can arrive in more than one parcel, so check that email for every tracking number.

You must be 18 or over to buy alcohol. When your order arrives, show current photo ID with your full name and date of birth, such as a driver licence, passport or Kiwi Access card.

We can't hand over alcohol to anyone under 18, or to anyone who can't show ID proving they are 18 or over.

Sending a gift? Our bottles and cans carry no price tags, and the invoice is emailed to you, not put in the box.

To change the delivery address, email info@liquorlibrary.co.nz with your order number straight after you order. Please make sure your address is right at checkout.

Contact us as soon as possible on 09 623 1903 or info@liquorlibrary.co.nz. We pack orders quickly, and once the courier has picked yours up it's too late to change or cancel.

Delivery is complete when your order reaches the address you gave us. From then on the order is your responsibility, and it is yours once it is paid for in full and delivered.

We arrange delivery through our courier partners and will always try to deliver within the times above, but we can't be responsible for delays outside our control.

If we fail to deliver, or delay your order, for a reason within our control, we will replace the order or the affected part of it.

None of this affects your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Tell us within 3 days of your order arriving. Use the Report a problem form below, or email info@liquorlibrary.co.nz with your order number and a photo of anything damaged or broken.

We will look into it with our courier and come back to you with next steps. Our returns policy covers refunds and exchanges.
