This wine is predominantly Merlot blended with a small amount of Malbec. The blend is made from multiple parcels individually matured separately up until blending in late 2018. This wine underwent a cooler ferment for lively fruit pick-up and a fuller mouth feel. The grapes were given extended maceration for up to four weeks. The wine was then matured in French barrels before bottling.
