The story of Gordons Pink Gin&Soda 12x250C

Gordon's has been making gin since 1769, when Alexander Gordon opened a distillery in Southwark, London. The brand is owned by Diageo, which calls it the world's best selling London dry gin, and production has been in Fife, Scotland, since 1998.

Gordon's Pink launched in 2017 as a gin flavoured with red berries, and it reached New Zealand in 2018. The pink recipe is based on an 1880s Gordon's recipe, using natural fruit flavours. This pack takes it a step further with a ready to drink can: Gordon's Pink Gin & Soda in 250 ml cans, 12 to a pack, at 4% alcohol. The flavour is a light sweetness of raspberry and strawberry, lifted by sparkling soda water. One can works out at about 0.8 of a standard drink.

There is nothing to measure or mix. Chill the cans well and pour over ice in a tall glass. A slice of fresh strawberry is the garnish the brand uses on its pink gin and tonic, and it suits this too.
