WINEMAKING: 2021 was a great year for California Cabernet Sauvignon, with a smooth harvest following a moderate and consistent growing season. The dry summer resulted in reduced yields but outstanding quality and great concentration in the fruit.

TASTING NOTES: This Cabernet is deeply colored with black cherry and dark chocolate aromas accented by a subtle smokiness. Enjoyable flavors of blackberry, cassis and mocha mingle with supple tannins leading to a pleasant, lingering finish.
