The story of Wirra Wirra Woodhenge Shiraz

Woodhenge is a monument to big ideas and to the vision of Greg Trott of Wirra Wirra. It is also a very large fence, weighing about 10 tonnes.

The wine is a tribute to the McLaren Vale region, the Shiraz grape and the individuality of the place. Fruit comes from Wirra Wirra's own vineyards and premium McLaren Vale growers, and blending individual vineyard and sub-regional characters is key to the style.

Fresh acidity balances the generous, persistent fruit. It can be enjoyed now or cellared for 10 years or more in appropriate conditions.
