The story of Shingleback Shiraz

In a small niche of the Shingleback Vineyard, the soil, climate and Shiraz combine to give fruit that is hand crafted into this wine.

Skins are worked gently by hand in small, five tonne open fermenters, using traditional winemaking practices.

Once maturation and oak integration are right, individual barrels are selected and blended for fruit power, complexity and harmonious balance.
