The Shotfire Shiraz is sourced from the older Thorn-Clarke owned plantings in the Barossa. A rich, ripe, yet well balanced style is the aim - the resulting wine spends 14-16 months in a combination of French and American oak. Able to be enjoyed upon release, or cellared for up to 10 years this wine offers Barossa Shiraz that has made the region world famous.
