If the products you have ordered are missing from the delivery or damaged in transit then please notify our customer service team no later than three days after the receipt of products.
If you have received your order and are unhappy with any of the products ordered, then delivery charge will be deducted from the refunds to the customer if liquor library arranges for shipping.

Proof of purchase must be provided to obtain a refund/exchange and the product must be in its original condition with appopriate packaging.

Please allow up to 7 days for your refund to be processed after the product has been received by Liquor Library.

If you wish to cancel your order or change after it has been placed, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Please review our Customer Service Team's operating hours before calling as the hours may vary depending on the day of the week and the time of year.
