- Dry style
- Apricot & rockmelon
- Strawberry & citrus
- Vibrant acidity
"Fresh and beautifully aromatic, the bouquet shows sweet strawberry, apricot, rockmelon and floral aromas, followed by an elegantly weighted palate delivering excellent fruit purity and vibrancy. It's instantly appealing and highly enjoyable. At its best: now to 2023" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Feb 2021
"Bright, pale salmon-pink, lighter edged. The nose is softly full, vibrant aromas of citrus, melded with white florals, cherries, raspberries and spicy fresh-cut herbs. Medium-light bodied, dryish to taste, raspberries, red berries intermix with cherries and spices, underlying floral fragrance. The palate is vibrant with ample refreshing acidity, flow smoothly on a subtle phenolic line, added texture. The fruit is lush with intense ripen flavours, balanced by the lively acidity, lends a lifted spicy closing. This is a blissful summery rosé with vibrant fruit and a refreshing acid drive. Match with Thai beef salad and smoked salmon over the next 2-3 years. A blend of Syrah and Grenache from Languedoc Roussillon, cool-fermented to 12.5% alc" Candice Chow, Raymond Chan Reviews, Jan 2021
"Made with fruit from Syrah and Grenache sourced from the Languedoc. Aromas of classic French rosé with scents of peaches and plums, moments of cherry and spice then a whisper of mineral. On the palate - fruity, fresh, crisp, dry and ready. A fine smooth texture with contrasting acidity and a core of fruits that reflect the bouquet" Cameron Douglas, Master Sommelier, May 2021
"Southern French rosé is the apex of dry, pale pink, refreshing light bodied wines to drink chilled on hot days. And the best of them live up to this promise. Rosabel is made from grapes grown in several regions around the Mediterranean, hence the name 'vin de France', which refers to its multi region blend. It tastes soft, creamy and fresh with red berry flavours, a hint of sweetness mid palate, nicely balanced by a dry finish" Joelle Thomson, Joellethomson.com, Feb 2021
A beautiful pale pink colour with an expressive nose of ripe red fruits aromas (strawberry, raspberry). Smooth and fresh on the palate.
