• Maceration and fermentation are maintained between 28 and 30°C to favour the extraction of the finest components from the grapes.
Colour : Deep purple-red with a clean brilliance.
Nose : Full and intense with aromas of red fruit and
provençal herbs, with a hint of black pepper.
Flavour : The spicy, red fruit character is confirmed with a full, lively structure and a long, savoury finish.
