Recipe #23 is a botanical forward, contemporary style gin. Fruity and floral on the nose with notes of ripe orange, cardamom and baking spices on the palate and a floral lavender finish, rounded out by the slight residual sweetness from the Canterbury malt base spirit. In a G&T best matched with fruity garnishes like orange, pink grapefruit, apple or pear slices. In cocktails best with richer fruity flavours rather than bright citrus.

Perfect G&T use Elderflower tonic with red apple slices garnish. Excellent in a French 75 with Rosé bubbles and an orange twist. The slight sweetness and fruitiness in the Rose matches with the botanicals well.
